How accurate is the BPM reading?
Very reliable on beats with a clear kick pattern. Half/double-time is genre convention — if 140 reads as 70, double it. The confidence meter tells you how sure the detector is.
What does the key result mean?
The detected root note and scale (major or minor) of the track — useful for matching vocals, samples and melodies to your beat.
Can I check tempo without a file?
